Here at Supply Heroes we are seeking top Teaching Assistant talent to assist with staffing needs across Birmingham Schools. This is a supply position so the ideal applicant must be flexible and able to commute to area’s reliably.

Job Pattern:

  • Full time or Part Time,
  • Day-to-Day Cover, Long-Term
  • 8:30am – 15:30pm,

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Somebody with a passion of working with children
  • Experience of working in a primary school
  • Have the ability to engage with children and help build positive relationships
  • Be able to manage any challenging behaviour in a consistent manner

Job Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree in Education
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEN or all years
  • A depth of knowledge of the primary school curriculum
