The Role

• Teaching English Language and English Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love for learning
• Monitoring and assessing student progress effectively
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues within a supportive English department

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English
• Is committed to raising standards and supporting student achievement
• ECTs are encouraged to apply
