Description

We are seeking a strong and committed Year 5 Teacher to join an outstanding, two-form entry primary school in North Birmingham for the Summer Term only.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 teacher to work in a highly supportive and sought-after school where pupils are motivated, well-behaved, and eager to learn.

The role:

  • Full-time Year 5 Class Teacher
  • One-term position (Summer Term 2026) April - July
  • Full class teaching responsibilities
  • Working within a collaborative and experienced KS2 team

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS (or equivalent)
  • Have strong subject knowledge across the Upper KS2 curriculum
  • Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Set high expectations for all pupils
  • Be passionate about teaching and learning
  • Have experience teaching Upper KS2, ideally Year 5 or 6

Requirements:
