Lunch Time Supervisor – North Birmingham

We are looking for reliable, caring, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to join schools across North Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children during their lunch break, helping to create a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment. Areas include, Sutton Coldfield, Aston, Perry Barr, Aston, Handsworth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during the lunch period
– Encouraging positive play, inclusion, and good behaviour
– Supporting children with their social interactions
– Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
– Assisting with minor first aid if required (training provided)

The Ideal Candidate will have:
– Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work or similar) desirable
– Friendly, approachable, and patient attitude
– Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
– Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
