Supply Heroes are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-respected primary school in Birmingham, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join their team on a supply basis.
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Supply / Temporary with potential for longer-term opportunities
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate teacher who can create a positive, engaging learning environment and support children to achieve their best. You will be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths and the school’s needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality, creative lessons that inspire pupils
- Managing the classroom effectively and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
- Following school policies and building strong relationships with staff and pupils

- Ensuring all pupils feel safe, supported, and motivated
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting
- A warm, friendly and adaptable teaching style
- Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
- Ensuring all pupils feel safe, supported, and motivated
- Reliability, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for education
