SEN Teaching Assistant – Sparkhill

Supply Heroes are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Sparkhill on a full-time basis.

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting young children in the morning Nursery setting, followed by targeted SEND support within the Resource Base in the afternoons. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent, high-quality support across both settings.

Requirements:

• Experience essential, particularly supporting pupils with SEN
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning / Early Years or equivalent
• Confident supporting children with additional needs
• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
