About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary provision supporting pupils with Autism and EHCPs.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and developing setting, where you will help shape a curriculum that meets the needs of pupils with complex communication and learning needs.

You will play a key role in delivering personalised learning and supporting pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally within a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Support pupils with Autism and communication difficulties
• Work towards EHCP targets and track pupil progress
• Create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants, families and external professionals

About You

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has experience working with pupils with Autism and SEND
• Has experience across at least two Key Stages (desirable)
• Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to continuous learning
• Can bring creativity, patience and structure to the classroom
• Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Is flexible and able to respond to the needs of pupils and the school
• Is committed to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children
