About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary provision supporting pupils with Autism and EHCPs.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and developing setting, where you will help shape a curriculum that meets the needs of pupils with complex communication and learning needs.
You will play a key role in delivering personalised learning and supporting pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally within a nurturing and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with Autism and communication difficulties
- Work towards EHCP targets and track pupil progress
- Create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants, families and external professionals
About You
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has experience working with pupils with Autism and SEND
- Has experience across at least two Key Stages (desirable)
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to continuous learning
- Can bring creativity, patience and structure to the classroom
- Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Is flexible and able to respond to the needs of pupils and the school
- Is committed to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and all relevant pre-employment checks, including references, right to work and medical clearance.
The ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement.
