Supply Heroes are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Sutton Coldfield for a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join the team for the Autumn Term 2026.

This is a full teaching role and would suit an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

  • Full-time KS2 teaching position for the Autumn Term 2026.
  • Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, assessment, and marking.
  • Attendance at parents' evening during the week prior to the October half-term break.
  • PPA time will be provided.
  • Opportunity to work alongside an experienced year group partner, offering collaboration and support throughout the placement.
  • Creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment that promotes pupil progress and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Is confident in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Has excellent communication skills and can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team and is committed to contributing to the wider school community.
  • Is reliable, professional, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for pupils.
